A Secret Admirer
This is a love letter to yourself, from your very own secret admirer! Write a positive letter of self-love to yourself, that can be taken out and reread when your energy is feeling low. This letter is not about ego or bragging. It’s about treating myself with the same kindness I would give to someone I care about.
The purpose of this activity is to build self-compassion, improve self-esteem, and help the student recognize their strengths, growth, and worth—especially during stressful or self-critical moments.

Some nice music
Items to decorate your letter, such as stickers, flowers or markers
Before You Begin
Begin with a brief grounding exercise. Take three slow breaths. Place one hand on your chest and one on your stomach. Remind yourself: “I don’t have to be perfect to be worthy.”
After the Activity
After writing, pause and reflect: What was easy to write? What was hard to accept? How did it feel to speak kindly to yourself?
